Description: happiness doesn't come easy for me - OK, so this may seem to be a bit of a downer... BUT .. it's not really meant to be,. it's a comment on how things like depression, anxiety, ADHD and loads of other neurological "stuff" can overlap and cause your thinking and emotions to go screwy (*not a doctor/ not a medical term!) - but yeah, sometimes I do think that some things - like - d'uh! happiness ... well, it's just more awkward... or more difficult,. to achieve... BUT that's still OK - and valid... and the world IS a better place with me,. you, him, her,. they, them,. ALL of us in it ;
